George Silundika High School in Nyamandlovu needed lessons, exams and the computer lab to carry on through load-shedding, and a water supply that didn't depend on the grid.
Our crew installed a 12 kW solar system on the school roof, wired the inverter and protection into the admin block, and installed a solar-powered borehole.
The computer lab stays powered through outages, and the school has its own solar water supply. It is one of more than 50 schools we have powered across Zimbabwe.
